What's the deal on Springfield?
Does anyone have any idea on what's happening on Springfield road in the residential area heading up towards Rutland? They have scraped off all the lines on one side but no other work has been done. Last Friday there was a sign to merge into one lane during morning rush but there was never anything happening!
