Speed should be 60 km/h up to Landfill/John Hindle Dr
Who would one bark at and send a letter to regarding the speed limit being reduced. I run a business in Kelowna and frequent the landfill during the weekdays. I believe the speed limit should be 60 km/h until just after the landfill road entrance. It seems as soon as you get past Scenic Road everyone is on your a$$ thinking it's 80.....its not 80 until after Galiano Road. Of course 80 in Kelowna means "Let's go 100 Km/H....That little stretch before John Hindle has lots of trucks turning into ranches, a couple of busy fruit stands, residential driveways. Also I have even found myself when approaching 80 km/h the tarp on the truck just starts a flapping no matter how good I secure it down.
