The Ross road lights are a joke. They change for no reason. Early morning red lights stopping hyw traffic. I hope they deal with the problem soon.

Might that be because of the Left turn signal that was put there a couple of years ago, people travelling West on Hwy 97 wanting to turn left on Ross. I am not sure if there is a detector loop on the left turn lane or not.

Not sure why it changes. There is no one anywhere wanting to do anything except for me. I just get red lights on the hyw for no reason and legally have to stop. Over and over again. Every morning. There has been no construction in the area that I know of.

The left turn lane lights are fine if someone is actually waiting to turn left. That seems like a long time ago those were put in. This is a more recent pain in the *bleep* while no one is turning left or cross hyw
