This was not first time work beening done on city street/road has gone past due finish date. Sure as hell won't be the last one.

I was there this morning to have a look. It looks like they sprayed grass seed around so I guess we are now going to have to wait until spring when it starts to grow.
They are probably looking for a sign off on the completion which also take a week or so.
The work is done it should be open, someone forgot to remove the signs and the equipment out of the way.

It looks better in the flesh than it does in the photo. It is a really nice job, we can be proud of this new piece of bling in our community. There is lots of sidewalk area and a bus stop creek nearby. There are nice safety islands and the centre island has real concrete pavers.

I was by the traffic circle this morning, it is still closed and one worker that I could see was wandering around....

Traffic seems to be moving well. I like it much better than a 4-way stop.
It's possible to do all the right things and still get a bad result.
