I wonder if the calibration is correct. That doesn't look like he is going at 179 to me, and in other videos where he is overtaking a regular white import the screen speed just doesn't look correct to the rate at which stationery objects pass by.

That's the date stamp on this video image according to the gps reading.
It also gives exact coordinates, so finding where the offense took place won't be difficult.
It also won't be difficult to get a plate and name on account of there being a Toyota Complainer calling him in.

As someone who has put a crap load of miles on the real Autobahn - this offends me. 179km/h is just above what an average driver on the A3 would be doing - certainly nothing to brag about. Its what one does on the way to work, not something worthy to be posted on YouTube :big grin:

It wasn't that hard to find him. Bozo's like these are easy to find because they have ego's. It's just commonsense .

Watched all his videos for clues. First, he loves himself. Second, he loves his radar detector. Third, he has a blue car with wind deflector.

You see, Okanagan Bob left some evidence. All one had to do is search the internet, sleuth the results, and viola! we have a name. And when Central Okanagan Traffic Services calls me back they will too.

I recently heard through the grapevine that the local traffic members caught up with "Bob", charged him and impounded the car that he filmed himself going stupid speeds on the highway above Oyama in.
