Wonder what the extra difficulty in opening is?
Back in th day holes openly texted on their steering wheel.
Since the crackdown, holes text between their knees.

Seriously, education/public awareness is the only fix for this problem. It's still a new thing , look at smoking and how long it took to make that socially nasty. People now don't think twice to tell another to butt out when it's effecting others.
Apple, Samsung and others should be dumping money in the message of not texting and driving.
