Just another reason for ICBC to raise our rates!
My Wife asked me if I knew what her favorite flower was?

Re: Dumb drivers
If only there was a track that could be built somewhere around the Osoyoos area where owners of these type of cars could test their skills (or clearly lack thereof in this case) without endangering the lives of other innocent motorists....oh, wait.

I have zero compassion for asshats driving like this on public roads - equal to drunk drivers or those engaging police in high speed pursuits. Totally avoidable. Unfortunately daddy and/or insurance will have him behind the wheel again in no time - and doubtful anything was learned as a lesson.

It would be great if speed was the cause, due to that the owners insurance was voided. Of course that would be to good to actually happen.

What ?
You think if "speed was the cause" which, news flash,,, IT WAS. That that would void his insurance ???
IF he was convicted of a criminal driving offense, or he lied in his statement to ICBC, or there was a misrepresentation on his insurance application, or for some reason he wasn't qualified (legally, we all know practically he wasn't) to operate the vehicle THEN he would be in breach.
No Motor Vehicle Act violation voids, or breaches coverage with the exception of not having a driver's license and was prevented (debt etc) from getting one.

I'm impressed. Not sure if I know anyone that hasn't been involved in any incident regarding a vehicle.GordonH wrote:I have never been in or caused an vehicle accident.
