Ending nuclear power doesn't fix the nuclear fallout from Japan that you're always on about.
I don't feel the need to write my gov about this; that's your angle, not mine.

Berate without a position?
Theres nothing wrong with using whatever means available to get the message out where so many are currently failing.
This little board as you put it is one of many I am a part of so I think the impact is significant enough. I have written a few letters as I was taught growing up if you dont like something say so. I am. Change will never happen unless I ask for it.
The information thats been provided as recent as this new study show quite clearly our government has failed at notifying us of whats truly happened over there and its direct impacts on our coastline and interior. As I am sure your aware being in a valley has likely left substantial deposits in the area. Thats something we should all be voicing our concern about. IMO.

Re: Kelowna Fukishima Fallout
lol Data means nothing without action to accompany it. I'll ask yet again: What action should be taken to avoid the Fukishima radiation?
My position = I can't afford to move away from it, so I live with it. I also don't panic over it, unlike certain other people.

To each his own but don't ask me for your solution. That's not why I am here. Just share the findings we aren't getting from our government despite being funded to do so and then you do what compels you. If that's nothing, awesome! I however need something more from my representatives and Ive told them so. Acquiescence is the same as giving them permission so save me the rhetoric for exercising some backbone.
You have kids? You might make it through this catastrophe without any effect but the kids are getting hammered. As I am sure your aware radioactive isotopes due considerable more damage to developing children than the aged. I have a little girl. I'm doing it for her and all the other kids who have no idea whats going on. You have issue with that?

Since you won't answer either question it makes one wonder if you did indeed contact anyone. I asked because if this is such a concern you wouldn't hesitate to provide the names of those that would respond to your requests in order for others to lend their support.

The only conclusion I come up with is "attempt to incite panic", Fancy. :/
