Looks like we got the same answer, your chart has 180 Ma about the oldest part near Asia to the newer parts near the Americas, and mine said
oldest Pacific Ocean floor is only around 180 Ma old.[8]

That is true, but 80% of the ocean floor is less than 100 million years old. On another note, it's interesting how GPS satellites are able to track the earth's movements. http://sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov/mbh/series.html
You can click on the various dots to see the movement over time. Clicking on the one point in Northern Japan reveals that movement occurs in large spikes whenever thsoe large earthquake occurred (2004 and 2011).
