Re: HAARP and Earthquakes
At least it was admitted there is no proof to link HAARP to anything that's happening in the world.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

Re: HAARP and Earthquakes
no proof that haarp isnt connected either tho fancy .
thats where they got us . no one has the means of checking . at least i mean u or i or kompii have no way to find out . some idjut could put something online with some fancy looking cut and paste . make it look real and fool me . or fool u fancy . or u komp . goat boy does not believe in anything so i doubt they will fool him .
thats the problem with haarp and this theory . haarp is real . no one knows exactly what they do . they have a lot of equipment up in the middle of no where. its on an air force base . this makes for great potential to create spooky theories .
i think they r probably up to no good . but i have zero proof and cant find anything online other than conspiracy theory stuff .
witch makes me think maybe they r on to something lol

Re: HAARP and Earthquakes
In 1996 the US Air Force commissioned a study called "weather as a force multiplier....owning the weather by 2025". As for cloud seeding(which apparently doesn't count as chemtrails even though it's chemicals being sprayed out of planes leaving a trail.....and yes Fancy I know this isn't chemtrail thread but still "on topic" as example of military controlling the weather) as far back as the Vietnam War( earlier too maybe ) the military seeded the clouds over the Ho Chi Min trail to try and disrupt the moving of soldiers and supplies

Cloud seeding is well known - HAARP hasn't been linked to it.

Fact:
Means a thing that is indisputably the case
Information used as evidence
something that actually exists; reality; truth
Knowledge or information based on real occurrences
Now that we have that settled - fact is fact no matter where it comes from. I'll stick to "facts".

Well now that we have that settled(and in your own words it should matter not that it comes from me) you can't indisputably know for certain that something secret/nefarious isn't going on any more than anyone else can indisputably know something is. I'm sure that's a fact any sane reasonable individual could agree on

Please refer to the topic:
I posted this:

The OP is trying to make a connection between HAARP and earthquakes - I've yet to read anything that links the two.

So, you have zero proof, can find zero proof online so your obvious answer is to think they're up to something?

What would you do? If I had hold of Teslas work and were able to access funds for the programs it would be done. Would I tell you? No. Why? Control. It will be me who decides where the technology goes due to its very nature. Thats your government. Do our scientists get to speak freely on any of their findings?
Are governments using it in such a way? Lets hope not but knowing our history its probable and its what Id be doing. Just to see the capabilities. Much the same as Tesla.
Telsa also had created other means of creating sizemic events.

Re: HAARP and Earthquakes
A small mechanical steam-powered device developed by Nikola Tesla known as the "earthquake machine" or Tesla's oscillator was reported to produce earthquake-like effects, but has never been replicated. The Mythbusters television program made a small machine based on the same principle but powered by electricity rather than steam; it produced vibrations in a large structure detectable 100 feet away, but no significant shaking, and they judged the effect to be a busted myth.
