Why Syria suddenly used chemical WMDs

The United States has conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime has used chemical weapons against opposition forces seeking to overthrow the government, crossing what President Barack Obama has called a "red line" that would trigger greater American involvement in the crisis, the White House said.

So Canada couldn't find $3 billion dollars - it just vanished into thin air, while rebels in Syria
keep getting weapons to fight against Assad in Syria, but now Obama wants to load them up
with even more weapons, because Obama says Assad used chemical weapons.

Obama is same as Bush. He says what he's told to say, and later people will hate him for being a liar,
just like they hate Bush, for his big WMD lie.


Why doesn't Obama just go ahead and bomb Assad if he wants to so badly?

Am I the only one who thinks it's funny that Russia starts killing
people in Afghanistan, and America starts donating $hundreds of millions
of dollars of weapons to Al Qaeda, to be used to kill the Russians, and as
soon As Russia stops the war in Afghanistan, becuase 10,000 of their own
guys got killed ( Russia's Vietnam) then America goes into Afghanistan to kill the Al Qaeda?

I will say I am not convinced at all that chemical weapons have been used in Syria. I seem to remember the U.S. being 100% confident of Iraq's storehouses of WMDs. Once bitten, twice shy.
