You are right on about Japan being the real target. I think New Zealand (earthquakes) is another. I think these massive super storms are being directed at areas with large populations in low lying areas and there food sources. The Indian sub-continent has seen a few super storms in the past few years. Also New York super storm made 90 degree turn off the Atlantic and made a direct hit.

So we have mastered directing massive storms but can't seem to figure out how to shoot some people in an airport or blow up a bomb in Boston without making silly "mistakes" that people happen to figure out within days of these "false flags". Go figure, huh, brilliant and stupid at the same time. Thank god for CT'ers for pointing this all out.

Manipulating massive storms to hit specific area's......now that's a good one.
