Cold Fusion company purchased

Andreas Rossi's cold fusion process has just been purchased for 11 million dollars. The company Industrial Heat is dedicated to helping the environment and giving power to undeveloped countries. I wonder where this is going as they seem to have done their homework and want to get it out to the public finally.
