I wouldn't doubt that young people may have done the vaccinations to children as vaccinations have been given to animals by young people. May not necessarily be 12 though.

Posting a site that asks if I want a coupon doesn't give me much faith in it. Sometimes one needs to have a little trust in those that are doing their job or else you may as well do everything yourself. Too many people are involved in investigating what happened and when others have received the same vaccine and have had no problem, it's easy to figure out what exactly went wrong. If there's no refrigeration, that would be a huge red flag.
