He never had it on his Kindle, if he even has one ... so it never got deleted from his. Someone who's had an eBook "mysteriously" deleted from his eReader doesn't mention this 2 pages after it was brought to their attention. Especially on the subject of a book "disappearing" off the shelves and "being banned".
