An unidentified Fortus worker says that Fortus will no longer install smart meters on the homes of stupid people.
He says that customers will have to submit an IQ test with a score above room temperature in order to get a new smart meter.
Fortus has decided that stupid people cannot afford to lose even one brain cell due to the EMF emitted by the smart meter during the times it reports by radio to the local receiver (Just a few moments per day).
The Fortus spokes person says that the problem is that stupid people do not know they are stupid.
