Anyone Else Tired of the Petty Theft/Crime in LC?

How about "bait articles"?

Pretty easy to get hidden GPS tracking software installed on smart phones nowadays. Leave out some iPhones or some laptop computers. Then they wouldn't need to hide in the bushes and catch them in the act - just follow the GPS co-ordinates and pick them up a few hours later.

Or like me, 3 dogs and a 12 Gauge with alot of buckshot. Not to harm unless they want to but to identify a vehicle with no windows and flat tires and a whole lot of *bleep* in the vehicle, and I'm not talking about what they stole. Tired of this.

Back in the '70's, a buddy had his 8track (LOL) stolen from his car, insurance covered the replacement of it...two nights later that one was stolen, so he replaced it again and wedged pieces of broken glass beside the mounts...within one week the car was broken into again and they tried to steal the third stereo...he found blood inside the car and tools left behind...when he called the police for the third time and reported the attempted theft the cops told him he could face charges (so long since it happened I don't recall the actual charges) if the thief came forward and laid a complaint against him!!!

That area is bad for theft. I moved from the seaton rd area just below you last spring. We had pretty much anything left outside stolen, went into our vehicles a couple times, truck was keyed, and even stole eggs from my hen house.

The word is the members out in Lake Country found the guys that have been going on this little crime spree of petty thefts. And the *bleep* weren't limiting their spree to Lake Country only.
