Oyama lakefront - land available?
Noticed a couple of folks camping on the Wood Lake shore in Oyama the last couple weeks - got their own permanent beachfront spot staked out too.
Also a boat lift offshore, been there a couple years?
Am I missing something, or can I go down today and pick out a spot for my cabin? Or would just a gazebo with dock be less intrusive?

Damn, the secrets out, all you have to do to obtain Okanagan lake front property is to simply take it. Roll your RV, or what have you, down to the foreshore, and string out some delineation tape, and bang your a lake front property owner.
Hey, if you rent an excavator you can do some clearing work first. Knock down them pesky houses, and pad yourself out, if you look hard enough you'll probably find a spot to tie in your septic discharge. If not, you can at least dig a canal for it to the lake!
