The cow came from up the hill on beaver lake road, just past the entrance into the waterslide plant. It is probably black?
I was up there going to saw mill and saw one cow heading down beaver lake rd. Other cows were in the vacinity and seemed to be loose as well. It may be cold stream ranch cows. I coincidentally saw the cold stream boys drive by with their truck and trailer heading up the beaver lake hill, but they did not stop to assess the situation. It may be worth calling them and letting them know about the beef steak.... If its not theirs, they should know who is running that herd.
