Castanet Signup—My Prerequisite Reading List

Postby WTTG » Dec 9th, 2012, 12:11 pm

My past of lurking on this forum inspired me to read the following books for self improvement before I recently signed up. I just thought I'd share. I found them at the OK Library http://www.orl.bc.ca, but for your quick reference I’ve attached web links associated with the material.

Please don’t be put off by some of the titles. Have a laugh. I don’t mean ‘you’ by my posting them (as above, I meant them for my own self-improvement). And the famous Grammafreddy has already honoured me with a PM to welcome me and assure me that you're, ". . . not a bad bunch." Thanks, GF, I've seen that.

The list:

Bozo Sapeins: why to err is human—Ellen Kaplan and Michael Kaplan

I've read this book, and it's a decent one. Sure gives you a good perspective, but at the same time it's a bit spacey and out there at times for me.
Sarcasm is like a good game of chess. Most people don't know how to play chess.
