Lady GaGa at Flashbacks on Nov 20

Anyone go see Lady GaGa's "fashion show" and then her perform on Nov 20th?

I like a few of her songs but shes pretty odd.

I heard that the "fashion show" was awful. A good friend of mine said she had a black eye and got her period while she was performing.


Kinda glad I didnt waste the 25 bux.

I thought I remembered reading about this, and then wondered if I was hallucinating. I guess Lady Gaga has done alright for herself.

I guess we've had a few "before they were famous" shows in Kelowna. I remember Nickelback opening for Big Sugar at Flashbacks a couple of times. Chad and the boys on stage, standing in the dark, waiting for "Mambo No. 5" to finish so they could start their set. That's show business.

I saw Brian Adams at Memorial Arena as an opening act for Prism.

I saw Jessica Simpson open for 98 Degrees in the late 90s in my small hometown.

My friend asked her for a pity-autograph because no "fans" would go to her table for one. Jessica ended up complimenting my 14 year old friends nails.

Now Jessica's a billionaire!
