Tonight I'm making chicken cacciatore and serving it with baguette. I'm thinking of topping the baguette with pesto and Parmigiano-Reggiano and then broiling it...

yeahhhh that's what I'm going to do.

Can I come over? Lol. We're having some thing much less exciting, on a Friday night no less. Zucchini.

It's Friday and I don't cook on Fridays except in the Winter when I make a night out of building something for freezer meals.

It's frozen lasagna for us tonight. It's a new kind I picked up from Costco and is the best one I have tried yet.
