Help, I need an adrenalin rush, recommend a movie

Post by Jo »

After watching six seasons of 24 straight through, night after night, I'm high on the adrenalin rush. Nothing I'm renting is comparing to 24, and I need a tension-fix fast. What's the most tense thriller you've ever seen? :200:

If you want mindless adrenaline packed action, go with Crash.

Oh yeah, that one is a great one. We've seen it, but I think it might be long enough since that I could see it again. I saw a reference to The Bone Collector, anybody know if it is any good? That, and Winter Kills?

If you want action I'd suggest Crank with Jason Statham.

This film will make you dizzy, thirsty and cold, and you might even find yourself having difficulty breathing – but you’ll love every minute of it...

That upcoming movie Vantage Point looks pretty intense.

Crank was great - and Jason Statham very easy on the eyes. javascript:emoticon(':140:')

Touching the Void looks perfect, I'm going to rent that tomorrow, and Vantage Point when it comes out in video!

Thanks, and keep 'em coming! I rented The Bone Collector, but it's a bit of a let-down, unfortunately. The adrenalin level is about 3/10 instead of 10/10, like 24.

Alien. The first one. An inspired blend of sci-fi and pee-your-pants suspense.

Isn't Dead Calm the boat one with Nicole Kidman? I think it was her first movie?

Another oldie but a goodie I think is 'The Fog' with Adrienne Barbeau.
