Roy Scheider died today of complications from a staph infection. He was 75.

OMG I loved his films - how awful. Seaquest and Blue Thunder big favs.

That is very sad. He was a great character actor.
I loved him in All that Jazz.

So today the word is cancer. Not that it matters really, he's gone. Dig ya later Roy. I liked him in 2010.
