A comfort food for me. Pork steak seared and then coddled in diced tomato, add in cooked elbow macaroni and finish off with whatever green veggie (broccoli tonight), Lotsa garlic in with the diced tomatoes. I actually prefer pork steak to pork chops.

WE do as well. Much more flavour and tender. Usually simmer in a veggie broth with onions and thicken into a gravy near the end. mmmmmm

Served with the 'gravy' over rice or over plain steamed spuds.. Great leftovers for lunch the next day.

Years ago did it in mushroom soup but MrsS is not a mushroom fan and too much sodium for me now.

Toss up between tacos or nachos
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Both are easy - just have to decide between the two.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Why would you do that? I can't tell you when it was the last time I had KFC...it could about 15 years ago.
