Mushrooms on toast with tossed salad ... simple but good.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Home made pizza. I'd tell you my secret to how we make them so good, but then I'd have to shop earlier for that secret ingredient.

Easter Nachos. Isn't that what everyone has when confronted with "what's for dinner?"

Oooooh Easter... I do it every year! Too much food over too little time and I spend the rest of the night rolling around the house wishing I had stop after the first course. It started with a bowl of turkey soup with homemade noodles, followed by turkey, homemade stuffing, potatoes and a nice big salad. This all topped off with apple pie a la mode AND cheese cake.

Seems I have a bad case of N. D. D. Need a fix. I know it's early but can't fight it. Nacho Deficit Disorder can be ugly.

You better tend to that.

Spaghetti with marinara sauce and mushrooms. Lots of cheese.
