Homemade turkey soup with mostly local produce....I'm exhausted though might be sleeping by dinner ;)

Beef (marinated in garlic, onions and soy sauce for 2 days) Stirfry, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and noodles, topped with green onions.

Root vegetable stew. Beef, rutabaga, parsnip, fennel, turnip, onion, garlic, carrot, celery, garden tomatoes with fresh herbs and spices.
