Barbequed wild BC albacore tuna fillets marinated in a homemade teriyaki sauce. Wow, was that ever good! We are definitely doing this one again!

Where did you find the Sweet Bavarian Mustard? That sounds delish.

Lowensenf (Germany) is the best (others can be found in the grocery store), Il Vecchio Delicatessen in Penticton or any deli that carries European items. We travel quite a bit and love to stop in to ethnic markets, items usually have none of the ingredients you can't pronounce

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
tonight...cheesy garlic porridge.
Parmesan, porridge and a dash of garlic blend.
Toss in a can of diced tomatoes and I'll be calling it spaghetti sauce.
I'll have it over udon noodles I've kept from my prepackaged miso soup.

Treating myself to Chinese tonight....... have not decided where though.

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
mkay...the truth is:
We have a guest that will be leaving tomorrow, so tonight I made seafood chowder with clams, scallops, crab, mussels, squid, shrimp, halibut and of course taters, lotsa cream and my special blend of yumminess (sage and thyme, salt and peppah), some fried onion and a good dashing of garlic.
I seared up a few tenderloins on the BBQ with some jumbo shrimp off the grill hugging some garlic butter fried scallops and camouflaged by a few fro's of broccoli.
Some garlic toast on the edge.
A bowl sized glass of malbec and some dippage and now...
I await dessert.
I made a sweet pudding that is topped with a sweet bread-like crust. Serving it with french vanilla ice cream and pecans I'll chop and roast just before slamming it on the table.
Does this gut make me look fat?

Re: What's for dinner tonight?
I made a double batch.
There's one steak left.
No prawns or scallops other than what's in the chowder.
I make bread pretty much daily, so there will be fresh bread.
Bring beer.
