Sorry Catz... menu has changed to prime rib - I think as beef dip with raw vegs.. But you are welcome if you can make the 4-hour drive in an hour or so...;)

Ahhh, my favorite surf 'n turf - rib eye steak with prawns, baked potato with butter ( sour cream is not my favorite) and Caesar salad with fresh garlic croutons. My tummy will be happy!

Leftovers.. pizza, veg curry and rice, beef stew and bannock, cottage cheese perogies, sauerkraut and sausage perogies,, scotch broth. I'm fine with that!

Resident chef luncheon out of town... I am having Lapskaus tonight.. (actually leftover stew with clean out the fridge additions). Amazing the different flavors you can get with a bit of this and that fusion.

Real food finally... think the protein is boneless pork chops but while work is in progress the rest of us are off limits.... (goodie)!
