Turkey and all that good stuff leftovers of course!
I did something different this year by starting to cook the turkey breast side up, then an hour later turned it, then the last hour back to original way! Kidlet said it was my best turkey ever! Everyone praised it and it really was moist!

Left over Turkey gravy, in a pan with new potatoes and onions. Added a small pot roast with beef and beef juice. Corn on the side and of course my secret ingredient for the gravy and the beef. Should be eating in a half an hour. Tasty!!

Stuffed peppers. Red ones. The green ones make me, err, unpleasant to be around. Well not totally, just for those who happen to be downwind.
