Down to the wire on packing ... whatever I can find in the fridge to use up. The mcrowave died so that didn't help things right now.

Somebody shoot me and put me out of my packing misery. Have no idea what's for supper but it might just be take-out from somewhere. I am too pooped to cook anything.

What is a yam foil pack? Have a yam in the fridge, that could be supper.

The tenderloin was seasoned with cajun, so it had a red tinge, Broccoli is Green and the potatoes were red skinned.

It's those nights that you have chicken, cauliflower and rice that have you feeling like dinner is wrong.

Sliced yams with red onion, garlic, olive oil and herbs wrapped in foil and cooked on the grill for about 35 minutes. I usually do them with russets but yams are a nice way to mix it up.
