You'll prolly think this a dumb question, but how would a person purchase those tickets?

Where did you find out about this? I can't find anything except for whats on Castanet page? No one is answering the phones at the boat place? What is the scoop. You have to go there in person? What does a boat place have to do with selling tickets?

I phoned some of the radio stations around town and was told to be wary of the sellers as it has not been officially confirmed that the concert is a go. I see that Castanet has now taken down the story as well...

I have the same concern, but it is sponcered by Sun FM and was announced by them. While in line there where a lot of people calling sources to verify it and seemed willing to put down the cash. I put the tickets on my credit card so am covered if something goes sideway's.

Anyway the guy at the gate turned me away & said they were sold out for the day.
Listen for the anouncement on the radiio for the next batch of tickets to be released.

I have a nasty feeling that this is a scam.

As the story has been dropped by this site, Sun FM have also dropped it and have stopped advertising. I also called Sun FM and they are 'not commenting'. Sooooo, I have emailed the Program Director and awaiting a response.

I hope its not.........I was so excited this morning! :skyisfalling:

Ooops. also meant to say 'Hi' as a newbie to this forum!

Thank you for the 'welcome'!!!!!

I have had an email back from the Program Director at Sun FM, they don't really know anything, some of the staff there that brought have cancelled their tickets.

I don't really know what to believe!!!!
