Today is back to smoothie breakfasts. Not feeling great the last few days, so now it's light stuff again.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I wandered into the kitchen this morning to forage for breakfast. I found my daughter making waffles "Shoo," she said, "I'll call you when they're ready.". It was a nice breakfast, if not the healthiest.
I haven't failed until I quit.

Awwww that's so nice! And we had giant tomato sandwiches!

Oatmeal with added oat bran = heart healthy

Home made english muffins, home laid eggs, a friends piggy we popped this past fall....real hollandaise sauce from scratch not that powdered crud.
