First effort on a Weber kettle. Smoked pork bones with Chinese style char sui/hoisin glaze.

first made tomato paste, then put meat in the unwashed pan with vinegar, salt and sugar and a little water over night.
now for 3-4hrs of smoking with cherry wood
pork loin, chicken, and ribs

Looking good! Where'd you get the rack in the first pic?

What app are you using for the pics? I use Irfanview. I lower the resolution with that. There's a way to do that with a number of pics at once but haven;t played with it yet. I download direct from my pc desktop.

You can use Fotosizer to do batches at a time and it's pretty easy and free.

I just used preview, pre installed on apple
kept upper temp at 220, middle at 190
almost 4 hrs- severely juicy
now put it in alu foil for the old folks tomorrow and some of their friends.
bit much for us
not as good re-heated though

oh and the rack was a clearance item for on the bbq. you can hang drumsticks on it
