Re: Best Places to Grab Lunch
I'm a huge fan of Los Huesos in Vernon. People come all the way from Lake Country for lunch when they have their meatball burrito special on the menu.
The Boa-Thong Thai restaurant is also a good spot, but it's better for dinner.
There are also a few Japanese places I like to visit, namely Sakura Sushi, Mahoroba, and the J-Don. The J-Don offers good bang for your buck.
My favourite pub is the Sir Winston's.
Little Italy is the best place to get pizza for lunch. Real authentic Italian pizza.
The Phoenix is good for lunch, but for dinner you pay twice the price for the same thing.

The Beehive hasn't been there for years now, I sure miss their quiche and greek salad!
Helmut's has great lunch and Bonanza meat packers now has a new cafe open for those on the north side. Had a pulled pork sandwich from there and it was great! Specialty Bakery also.
