Kelowna is a good place to start, but Valley Wide would be great! Wind up travelling a bit around the Okanagan so any place is an option

Il Vecchio Delicatessen in Penticton makes an awesome sandwich! You pic the meat, cheese and toppings. Very filling and fresh for around $4.

Medditeranian Deli on Gordon's sub sandwich's almost impossible to eat the whole thing.

Urban Fare in Mission Park Mall. Amazing selection and so yummy.

Sunshine Market has a great lunch selection for a decent price.

Mad Mango downtown on Bernard, or Pakora Palace in Rutland on Asher
