The Boston Public Library recently released a stunning photo collection of car wrecks in the 1930s captured by Leslie Jones, a famous photographer who worked for the Boston Herald-Traveler from 1917 to 1956.
Jones documented daily life in Boston as well as news events and some 40,000 of his negatives have been preserved.
Check out some of the most impressive car wreck photos Jones took in the Boston area, courtesy of the Boston Public Library, Leslie Jones Collection.
