Netflix on a rainy day.

Post by Mama »

So, its pouring. What better way to spend a rainy day than matching that basket of socks I have been avoiding and watching Netflix.
Just watched The Stoning of Soraya M. Its subtitled so be prepared to sit and read. Sickened, but glad I watched it.

I just finished Grace and Frankie in one day. I really liked it. It stars Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin. I also enjoyed the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. It's Tina Fey's new project.

I liked it to. The acting was a little over the top at first, but it grew on me. Jane and Lily are just hilarious.

Ignore the name and watch Scrotal Recall. Absolutely hilarious British comedy. Daredevil is awesome, old Arrested Development can't be beat, and Suits is great too.

I had watched the first season of House of Cards and it bored me. Yet people seem to love it, guess I should try it again.

Going to have to try this, love British humor. But never tried because of the title.
I just finished the Canadian show Strange Empire. It was fine as background noise while pickling Asparagus, but only one season for a reason. Some good actors and some bad actors, some good storyline and some *bleep* story line.

Anybody watched "The IT Crowd"?

Love this dorky show. British, too.
