A horrifying up date on The Twilight Zone. We watched the first one. That's all I could stand.

Amazing series. The creators hosted a really good Reddit AMA. We devoured seasons 1 & 2. Trying to get through Season 3 but the SO is having a hard time watching more than 1 episode/week. It REALLY messes with your brain :200:

Rewatched The Force Awakens on Netflix last night.

Can't place it but it still evokes a big yawn.

Don't watch "River". This is such a sad show, I almost cried at the end.

The federal government is floating the idea of a Netflix tax.

Of course they are, have to siphon more money out somehow.

Last night we watched Zootopia. Silly movie, some great gags. :D

Just watched Eddie the Eagle.

Great uplifting show. Loved seeing the Calgary Olympic footage. Rated five stars by viewers and I'd say it's well deserved.

Riverdale.

Warning: If you are like me and spent many a happy hour reading Archie comic books, wondering if Veronica and Betty will ever get along, don't watch Riverdale.

Riverdale is an up-dated form of Archie Comic books, complete with: murder, sex, revenge, homosexuality, crazed parents, embezzlement, teen angst, *bleep* and body shaming and a host of other modern stuff.

Not that I have anything against the list being in shows. Nope. It's just that The Archies re-imagined has sullied some of my favourite characters and I feel at odds over it.

Three episodes are available to anyone curious to know what I'm talking about. We've seen all three, and like the Harry Potter books, they keep getting darker.

Thanks for the heads-up, will avoid that one.

And I didn't even mention the worst of it. It's that subversive.

I just about gave up on that one too, but around the third episode it grabbed me and I couldn't let go. Just about the time the characters figure out what's going on, the audience does too.

Now if you want baffling, try "The OA". One review I read described it as "enigmatic". Pretty much says it all. You won't know where you are going but you may be entertained along the way.

Right now I'm doing "Longmire" and "Daredevil". Both are scoring high.
