Hitting things is very therapeutic. I miss kickboxing :( After an hour of hitting mitts and bags, you just feel so good.

I've accepted a double shift. I could use something to hit right now other than the gas pedal to get back to work.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

You could try hitting a flower but don't think it will help.
Truths can be backed up by facts - do you have any?

Fancy, you're right, hitting the flowers didn't help at all.

With all this rain I'm betting you'll find it hard to maintain a good rage . . . . I'm just so relieved it is actually finally here!

It's to offer an opprontunity to calm down and get to a point to have conversations about what is going on and then teach appropropriate tools to deal with these feeling. This I think in the long run is a much healthier tools to deal with anger to lead to a happier existance.

I wish we had a "soft room" where I work.

Well you accepted the double shift so if that makes you angry then I suppose you should hit yourself.

Hey! There will be no hitting of flowers, especially red ones!

Our yard does have some sunflowers with huge stalks that would make good beating devices.
It's possible to do all the right things and still get a bad result.

Truthfully, I'm sensing an anti-minion sentiment on facebook. And yes, I accepted the double shift, it's the reasons behind doing so inspiring the rage.
