Gluten intolerance
What I have learned over the course of 2 and a half years is that my suspected "Gluten Intolerance" is an allergy to "Sugar". As wheat gluten is treated the same as sugar. I have through trial and error noted that Wheat gluten can be tolerated in small batches. My intake of Fruit juices and Iced tea was the real culprit. It turns out that sugar not dealt with in the upper digestive tract causes gas/irritation in the lower digestive tract. I have over the course of the past month been indulging in different breads in small amounts. Taken with water instead of juice.. The results have been great..

Re: Gluten intolerance
We have arrived at a point in history where we keep people and animals alive and in the gene pool, where even 100 years ago, if you were "delicate" you died out.
Now we have people with various conditions/defects that were recently fatal, surviving and breeding.

We're lost but we're making good time.
