Lack Of Trying At Many Kelowna Restaurants

AND THEN...........Just minutes after my last post.....I had a batch of Chocolate Chip cookies in the oven.....and, ....well, I didn't have all the stuff I needed, so I made some substitutions.

I wasn't going to put all that butter the recipe called for, so I made it 2/3 cup butter and 1/4 margarine.
Neither were "room temp", so I warmed them.......a bit.
I only had 1 cup of the choc. chips, so I added in 2/3 cups raisins in exchange.

I baked them as required, and this is what I got.

I have a chocolate chip cookie pizza!!!!!! This is soooooo GREAT on so many levels! Supper and desert on one platter. I am so happy.

My only problem now is that, I had to eat so many broken pieces as I was transferring them to the cooling racks, that I am not hungry anymore.
