Limit 50

Post by Glacier »

I went to buy butter the other day, and the sign said something like: $3.99. Limit 50. $4.69 after that.

Who the heck buys more than 50 lb of butter at a time?

I took five bricks of butter at Costco and some woman was on my a$$ about it. Five! So I asked her if I had left enough in the case for her, all two hundred or so. But 50? Think about it, if the price is good and you see five for both daughters, five for yourself, the neighbour who can't get out easily (I know lots of those) and on and on, fifty becomes easily achieved.
As WW3 develops, no one is going to be dissing the "preppers." What have you done?

I used to work for a Gent that would send me out with $6000.00 plus, in cash
to go to certain places that were having sales on certain items that he could then
offer as part of his business, supplying retail outlets.

There are many M&P stores and campgrounds that buy from Costco and resell. There is even 1 bulk foods store, here in Kelowna that buys at Costco and resells in their store. Cigarettes are another common resale item.
