I cooked the whole Chicken for 27min and that was after sauteing the breast side for 7 min. Slow release for 15min

^^Thanks. I'll try sauteing first and setting it for 27 minutes, and see if that makes a difference.

All the recipes I read for whole chicken said 25 min but we hate pink Chicken so I gave it a couple more.
I don't think it hurt at all and you could even go 30 depending on the size of the bird.

Ribs were awesome, as usual.

Tried something new today - something everyone with an IP has heard about before. Yogurt! I actually made it, it's straining now. I feel the need of a dancing icon now . . . ferri?

I have tried to add more. I don't know what's wrong. It will add some but not others. :135: I'll go in and mess around with it again today if I get a chance. :D

Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

I've been cooking using sous vide for a few years, but never with an Instapot - the key to the method of cooking is precise temperature control and I've read that the Instapot isn't as precise or accurate as an Anova, Joule or PolyScience.

Thanks.

I would still like to hear from anyone who has tried it in the Ultra.

I am impressed with most things that I have tried in the pot so far!

I’ve been watching the 6 QT Ultra on Amazon go up and down in price. Started at $200 and as low as $140. It fluctuates daily.
