Okay, muffins are out of the oven, apparently the easiest part was the 1st part. The hard part is getting them out of the tins.
They look good.

The first 9 took some coaxing, but made it out okay.

The last 3 were a big fight.

Maybe next time I will line the tins with paper?

Always use muffin line liners ... makes getting the little suckers out of the pan so much easier. If you need some, let me know and you can grab some at RCSS Kelowna on Friday when my co-worker (I'll tell her to grab a couple of boxes) is there and you're in the neighbourhood.

Thanks for the offer but, I was just cleaning out Mom's old baking stuff and put 2 full containers of liners in with my
donation stuff to be picked up.
I went back to the pile and retrieved them for next time. I don't know when that will be, if ever, but I just saved myself a trip to IGA and $1.29. Now I just have to remember where I put them.

The muffins look fabulous!

You know I would never hurt your feeling(s) but was taking advantage of an opportunity to advertise new business venture with QK.

Good luck finding them for $1.29. If you change your mind let me know. I get 2 sizes shipped to my stores ... 3-3/4" and 4-1/2" in packs of 500.

If you plan on making a lot of muffins you might consider investing in silicone muffin liners ... pack of 24 for $7.99 at Walmart online.

$2.00 for 200 paper ones from China and free shipping. Or $5. for 24 of the silicone.

Mine are cheaper ... when I order supplies and ask for 2 boxes of muffin liners (500/box) for each store the company ships each store a case of 12 boxes. Told the boss I don't need that many - he said take some if you can use them at home.

Got my silicone liners as an add-on from Amazon for $3.99 for 24 so I ordered 2 sets ... 1 for me, 1 for the rugrat.

Don't remember the last time any muffins came out of our kitchen.

^^Then eat cupcakes!!!
Why do people who fancy themselves "fiscal conservatives" not scream at hidden debt accumulated in the past dozen years? Or, do they only object to spending on social programs?

The only ones around here that regularly get stuff made for them are the Bridge ladies and the Dog.

I do get the leftovers from the Bridge Ladies. (If there are any left after the feeding frenzy) lol

Not entirely sure but, If you coat the berries in flour first, they stay suspended off the bottom
of the muffin, less sticking and neater to eat.

Tonight; Pork tenderloin in white wine in the crockpot, throw some onions, potatoes,
carrots, and mushrooms in and make gravy out of the remaining liquids.

Depending on the quantity used, always take 1-3 tablespoons of flour and mix with whatever nuts, berries, seeds, raisins, chocolate/butterscotch/peanut butter chips, etc. you're using - this helps suspend them throughout the batter for a more uniform taste.
