Thank you everyone!
I have tried the frozen pre packaged route and have not been impressed but I wasn't expecting to be. I was spoiled at a young age with quality in house made at the restaurant I worked in.
Helmuts you say Babalouie? Where is that? Made in house? Mmmmmm

I guess I need to roll up my sleeves and make a bunch and freeze them. I was taught how at Papillion. So no excuses I guess.
Cooking for one is difficult.

It is that.

Have you seen Alan's cooking channel? He's made an art of cooking for one.
It must be nice to live in an Ivory Tower, where everyone else makes mistakes. I have no idea what an ivory tower looks like.

Cooking for one is difficult.

Plan to spend 1 weekend a month doing nothing but cooking. Makes life so much easier - cook, cook, cook - spaghetti sauce, lasagna, soups, stews, chicken cordon bleu, schnitzel, pizza dough, etc. - freeze in single serving portions on a baking sheet then wrap and date before sticking in the freezer.
Dance as if no one's watching, sing as if no one's listening, and live everyday as if it were your last.

Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain.

Not really.

You cook for 8-10 and get yourself a Vacuum Sealer machine and a freezer.

An instant pot works great for heating up leftovers too. Better than a microwave just a little slower.
Common sense is like deodorant, the people who need it most never use it.
