Have you held her food? Just give her water for 24 hours - not sure if she could take a codeine (T3) to slow down the 'action' or not, if you have anything like that available. Make her a diaper that you can burn... like an old pair of your pajama bottoms (oh hell, you probably never owned such a thing) or an old pair of gonch with a tail-hole cut out for her. Or don't you wear those either.. I forgot!! It seems to be just a garden variety gut thing, but if this keeps on by tomorrow morning or she starts to look like she has pain, find the nearest vet office that takes calls in the middle of the night. Good experience if one ever wants to be a parent. She probably will be fine... you, not so sure..

didn't hold her food nope just fed her supper didn't catch this post until now
can make a diaper but no gonch or pj's you're assumption is accurate ;)
doesn't seem to be in any discomfort...just gave her a bath and she is spry and playful now
if it gets bad I'll put her in the freezer until I can see a vet...or is that a severed finger?

Awww, poor puppy.. No freezer - that's good for food to give to her thawed later. Try more fibre if she's still having problems. Lots more.

I think she'll be fine...seems to be doing good now. Was thinking when I grab a few groc's tomorrow I should put a can of pum'kin on the list.

Your problem, smells and all, reaches to the depths of all our critter loving lives - we can all relate in one way or another. This is a good thread.

People can overreact when trying to figure out what's wrong with their loved ones. Always helps to find out others have had either the same problem or are familar with it through others. Means more when coming from those you trust (if that's possible here) as opposed to generic forums. Vets aren't always available on the spot.

How right you are...on all points made.

It's kinda like a mellowing tent at an outdoor rave. :dyinglaughing:
