I always just c&p the URL in the browser window and put it between the you tube tabs. It looks like this: [youtube]URLhere[/youtube]


I don't use You Tubes links that they give.

That *is* the link though (that's exactly what I do as well) - I use secure browsing (https) wherever possible, and it looks like Youtube just switched to https.

I have successfully posted dozens of youtubes here on casanet. Yesterday, I posted one and all went well, but I can't do it anymore. I have tried 10 different links on 20 different threads and they all come out the same. For example;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YknuR__E ... re=related

I then use the code,

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YknuR__EpPw&feature=related[/youtube]

and that is what I get.

If you remove the "&feature=related" part it should work:

You left the "&" in it.

^ that should help you out. Any youtube link with an ampersand won't work; you've gotta drop the ampersand + everything that comes after it. You can only embed the "pure" link (which is explained in the linked post above) :]
