I have made several attempts to post a Christmas avatar, but they are either too large or too small...the resizing option doesn't seem to help. What am I doing wrong?

What does the error message say? Does it say how it is too big? file size? dimensions?

You may need to resize it. I believe they can only be 80px x 80px
