help with an ad?

So it's not really a forum question but I need help. lol.
I'm trying to re-list the same dog training ad I've been running for a year but this time it wants me to pay to list it...
I'm not sure if castanet started charging for listings that used to be free or if I added too many pictures or something?
Can someone let me know? Thanks!

They starting charging back in October.
